We have a couple of things we would like to cover this month.
Northeast In LRM
Once again the Northeast has another feature in the December 2005 issue of Lowrider Magazine. We hope this feature brings more attention to the Northeast and hopefully more future features and event coverage. We give La Familia props for putting on a enjoyable cookout. It's time for all Northeast riders to UNITE and put the New England and Tri-State areas on the map! Make sure you pick up an issue today and check out the La Familia Car Club cookout!
Unity: Mission Accomplished? After a long summer we look back at the year and call it a success. Money was raised for charities, we met many new and interesting people, and many other accomplishments were made. All and all it was a great year. Even though many good things happened we feel there are some things that need to be worked on. One big thing is treating other car clubs as equals. We have done this through out the years and hope others follow our lead. What do we mean? We mean we're all lowriders and have interest in the same LIFESTYLE so why say one club is less true to the culture than another? Judging another car club solely based on how far they travel is just plain ridiculous. Look at the other car clubs accomplishments and good deeds. Look at the charities and how they support fellow clubs the best THEY can as a club. Look at how long the club you are passing judgment on has been in lowriding. That shows the commitment to the LIFESTYLE. It's about quality people and quality cars in a club. It's about giving yourself 100% to the movement. Isn't that what being true to the lowrider culture is about? We can also tell you what NOT being true to the culture is about too. It's not about belittling fellow car clubs accomplishments. It's not about making snide remarks on the internet out your fellow lowriders and clubs. It's NOT getting involved in the community or charity. So before you pass your judgment on your fellow man you need to look at your own accomplishments and worry about your own problems. As always we wish everyone the best and hope to continue the POSITIVE progression of lowriding. ETERNAL ROLLERZ IV LIFE!
